You will be only able to play the tournament if you are in career mode, this mod doesn't work in the normal tournament section. To play this tournament, you must start a career mode and while using this mod your career mode will start from 2018 and the tournament will begin in 2019.

The national team squads could be messed up sometimes in career mode but it can be fixed through national selection.

If you want to manage your desired country,just use the CM table for FIFA 19 

that will get the job done
